$75/month - Our basic membership is anything but basic. Work your magic with access to necessities like fast, reliable internet (WiFi and Ethernet); free printing, scanning, and copying; and complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. Available spaces include soundproof 8x8 studios, approximately 1,000 square feet of common space, and access to multiple conference rooms by appointment. All utilities are included with your membership. You’ll have 24/7 access to your workspace via secure keyless entry, but there’s also a part-time onsite manager in case you need anything.
$225/month (membership included) A dedicated desk is part of the co-working space. You get a desk, chair, filing cabinet where you can store things that you don’t want to bring back and forth each day. Add pictures of family and friends to your desktop. It’s you space and only yours so add your personality to it
Private offices at HubCo range in size from 200 to 375 square feet. Our private offices include all the benefits of our membership PLUS we cover all the overhead too! We provide desks and chairs. All utilities are included. Please contact us for a tour of our private offices and pricing information.

Want a private office, but can’t justify the price? We have the solution: Shared private offices. Members can split the cost of leasing a private office among a group of like-minded professionals, enjoying all the benefits at a fraction of the cost.
A private office membership includes all the benefits of our basic membership, plus all overhead and utilities. We provide desks and chairs. Contact us for a tour of our private offices and information on pricing and splitting leases.
$25/month - Do you need a break from working at home? Take a break from your home office and bring your laptop and work from our common area. This membership does not include printing or access to conference rooms.
